North Korea's Nuclear Arsenal 'Matter of Time'
For about 20 years now, many countries, especially Japan and South Korea, have been ready for a North Korean nuclear missile attack. They have been testing their nuclear technology for many years now and they have improved greatly. This is a sign that their recent nuclear tests on May 18-20th have shown their power and it's time to prepare for an attack, luckily they national guard of the surrounding countries have anti-defense missiles to stop the missiles from killing innocent people.
This connects to the wars we learned in the lessons, war can be started from drugs to nuclear power. The Opium Wars were about the selling of drugs and this North Korean nuclear crisis is like the Opium War because they are trying to stop the production of a certain item. Opium Wars being about Opium, and this is about nuclear power.

American and Japanese Music
Daft Punk and TM.Revolution x Mizuki Nana
Daft Punk is a French DJ duo but has collaborated with American artists to make songs and all their songs are in English with their fan-base mostly in America, I consider them an American band. The number one song in Japan right now is Preserved Roses by TM.Revolution x Mizuki and Daft Punk just released their new album Random Access Memories which is going to be one of the best selling or the best selling album of this year. The connection between these two songs is the genre, both are house music with great sound themes that connect the Japanese people together and the American people together.
Five Themes of Geography for Japan
The End of World War II
Japan was attacked by the United States in August of 1945 but for a good reason. They dropped two atomic bombs on Japan, one in Hiroshima, and one in Nagasaki. The US warned the citizen of these cities that they will attack, but many did listen and were killed in the bombing. After the two bombings the Japanese surrendered and grew closer to the United States. Japan joined the AXIS of Berlin, Rome, Tokyo which was one of their biggest mistakes of their history. This is a great Primary Source to use for a DBQ about war or an essay about World War II.
This document could be used to explain the reasons an atomic bomb had to be used, and this was the only time in history so far when a country had to use an atomic bomb. This could explain the way an atomic bomb has to be transported or why it hasn't been used again. Also this would be a great document for a Document Based Question.
